A WEEK, NOT A QUARTER

Most of this is done inside a week, because there is nobody else to convince

There is no investment committee, no syndicate, and no second buyer to wait on. We review the record, price it, and paper the terms. The people you meet on the first call are the people who decide.

THE ACTUAL SEQUENCE

From first contact to signed, without a diligence marathon

  1. 01

    Day zero

You answer six questions about your stack. Nothing you tell us leaves Polyshares and there is no obligation on either side.

  2. 02

    Day one or two

A call with a Managing Partner. If there is no deal here, you will know in that conversation rather than a month later.

  3. 03

    Within the week

We review the record, price it, and agree terms. Typically $100K to $2M paid by us to the company.

  4. 04

    Net 30 to 60

Funds land once the data has been approved, shared, and anonymized.

WHY IT MOVES THIS FAST

Every slow step in a normal deal is missing from this one

  • We are spending our own capital, so there is no committee to schedule and no partner meeting to wait for.
  • Nothing is being marketed. There is no listing to prepare, no buyer pool to canvass, and no auction timetable.
  • The scope is a defined slice of operating data, not the whole company, so the review is bounded from the start.
  • You are not being represented. There is no mandate to negotiate before the real conversation can begin.
  • SPEAK WITH A MANAGING PARTNER
